About the Designer
Three Jerks Jerky is the culmination of best friends Jordan Barrocas and Daniel Fogelson who sought to bring flavor and culinary class to the beef jerky industry. Searching for the highest quality, purest and most delicious jerky, the two set out to craft the finest meat snack ever created. The result is an aristocrat amongst plebeians — filet mignon, dazzling flavors and only real ingredients (no nitrates, msg or artificial preservatives) create incomparable beef jerky.
With lean and succulent filet mignon as the cornerstone of their jerky, the Jerks opened their doors in late 2013. Quickly gaining recognition as irresistibly tender and buttery jerky, Three Jerks Jerky’s Original, Chipotle Adobo and Memphis BBQ flavors have consequently rendered all other jerky unpalatable.
