The final touch is a small blend of fresh column-still rums from both Trinidad and Guyana for ultimate complexity, rounded-off with 3-5 years-old Trinidadian rum.

Created in 2011 it is a complex, rich, and masculine rum with hints of vanilla, dark fruit, molasses, and spice. This Dark Rum is fantastic on its own but shines bright in cocktails like the Mai Tai, Rum Punches, Fog Cutter, and Zombie.

Tiki Lovers White Rum is a delicious blend composed of aged and unaged rums from the Caribbean. This rum is distilled at some of the island’s most famous distilleries, Monymusk and Worthy Park. Jamaican rum is renowned for its distinctive flavor and quality, and therefore the natural first choice when looking for saporous and tasty rum that could lead the aroma structure of the blend. The unaged rums are pot-still distilled and heavy with esters, creating the impression of rich banana flavor and cooked fruits. The blending process includes rum from Trinidad that is aged up to 5 years. This rum undergoes a charcoal filtration process that strips the color but maintains the full flavor. These notes are further intensified by the aging in charred Bourbon barrels. In a final flourish, they add a crisp, fresh, and crystal-clear column still rum from Trinidad, resulting in a premium white rum with complex fruity and floral notes.
