Unlike polyester, the 100% double brushed cotton fabric is breathable and naturally antimicrobial so it keeps you cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and stays fresh in between washes. It’s also super soft and extremely durable.

One surefire way to spot a cheap flannel—the pattern at the side seams won't align. It takes extra care in the cutting and sewing to align the often complicated patterns, but Tobacco Motorwear knows it's worth the effort. They align the pattern on all sides, and even do it to the chest pockets too! Every seam is double-folded "caballo" chain-stitched to ensure it stands the test of time.
