Treasure Hunter Wines is in search for the best in the world, and their first stop is the Priorat region in the Northeast of Spain. Known for intense, full-bodied reds and lush, rich whites, this ancient region produces some of the most sought-after wines in the world. The wines included in this selection are all procured from a small family estate whose reputation for excellence is celebrated around the globe.

This beautiful White Priorat shows off intense and complex aromas of peach and tangerine and notes of apple, pineapple, and mango. The flavors match the nose brilliantly but with massive density and richness. The finish is long and fresh with a flashy nuance of minerality almost demanded by the region from where this wine comes. If you haven’t tried the White Priorates’ from this jewel of a region, meet your new go-to.

Vinification: Fermented in closed stainless steel open tanks at 15-18ºC to preserve the varietal and secondary aromas. After primary fermentation & cold stabilization, the wine is fermented in barrel and stainless before bottling.

Paring: Richer fish (salmon, tuna), shellfish and stronger flavors like garlic (think codfish with garlic and clams), dishes with fruit (mango salsa, couscous with blond raisins and stewed chicken–think North African), and of course, dessert.
