Ultraloq Combo is a revolutionary smart lock that offers keyless entry into your home through biometric fingerprint identification and a contactless key fob. It combines security and simplicity with 2-Point locking—one on the deadbolt and one on the handle— and ultra convenient One-Touch-Unlocking. The new Bridge features allows you to share an eKey with guests while you're away from your home and monitor all activity via the iOS or Android app.

The fingerprint sensor is thoughtfully-positioned to accompany your natural hand positions. With Ultraloq's patented technology, one seamless action allows you to wake the sensor, read your fingerprint, and unlock the two locks. It works in the same way if you use a smartphone or the included key fobs to unlock it. The lock fits on most standard doors, and is weatherproof for interior and exterior use, making it useful and convenient for keeping you and your home secure.

The optional Bridge WiFi Adaptor provides full control over access to your door from anywhere. Using the smartphone app, you can unlock your Ultraloq or grant specific access via an eKey remotely. Control access for up to 100 users, receive real time notifications whenever someone opens your door, and monitor all activity remotely for complete peace of mind.

Do I need more than 1 WiFi thing for 2 locks?

Yes, one lock requires one dedicated WiFi Bridge for optimal performance and stability.

Is the bridge only used for remote use of the lock?

The bridge is used for remote use of the lock, smartphone notifications, and integration with Alexa, Google Home and IFTTT.

How does the dead bolt lock behind you? Won't the handle be locked once you close the door? How do you pull up on a locked handle?

The lever still rotates from outside when it is locked. You can pull it up to lock the deadbolt.

Is the deadbolt keyed from both sides or is inside levered?

It is from the outside only.

Does it work with a Mortese lock and Fleetwood metalvdoors?

It works with US standard deadbolt and latch.

Rekeying to match current keys. How does this lock work with kwikset?

It uses the Schlage C keyway cylinder, and it's easy to replace it by yourself.

What is contactless Kefa? How does it work?

It uses 13.56MHz frequency smart technology. Just present the key fob near the fingerprint sensor and the door will be unlocked. Perfect for people who don't use a smartphone.

How many people (biometrics) can be stored for entry?

You can store up to 100 users.

Can I use them separately?

Unfortunately, you cannot use them separately. They work together on the same door.
