Uuni 3 is an innovative, portable wood-fired pizza oven. Heating up to 500°C in just 10 minutes, Uuni 3 cooks delicious 13" pizzas in an incredible 60 seconds. Designed to take the bulk and hassle out of wood-fired cooking, you can even pack it up and take it on the go so you can create exceptional food experiences for family and friends in your backyard, at the beach or on vacation.

FAQ

What type of pellet is required? How long does the oven burn on 1 hopper load of pellets?

You are welcome to try any pellets as long as they are hardwood and food grade.

Uuni 3 burns through approximately 1kg of pellets per hour.

Does it come with a pizza stone?

The custom-made cordierite stone baking board is included in the box and helps you achieve a perfect base every time.

Does unit come with a chimney?

Yes, the oven comes with a chimney as on the picture.

Is the heat adjustable?

Uuni 3 has been designed to reach high temperatures but lower temperatures are possible. When cooking with wood pellets if you remove the door, this will result in a lower cooking temperature inside the oven.

Does it arrive fully assembled? Can you remove the chimney for easy transport?

The oven comes assembled in a carton box and is really easy to transport.

How is this fueled, propane or butane? How does it get heated?

The Gas Burners run on propane only and they have been designed to replicate the same conditions as solid fuels. They take 10 minutes or 20 minutes to preheat Uuni 3 respectively.

How much does it weigh and how small does it pack down to?

The oven will be delivered in a box: 17"x11"x23". It weighs approximately 29lbs.
