Concentric circles symbolize the universal way in which nature expands from a centre towards infinity. Adding inspired style to any space, the Circular Holder keeps the flame symbolically located at the very centre of the composition, while the concentric circles surrounding it form a dynamic structure rising towards the top, the source of light. This concept is inspired by ziggurat architecture, a terraced pyramidal temple where layers are leading to the divine, usually represented by light.

All VAU products are made from ZAMAC, which stands for Zinc, Aluminum, Magnesium and Copper. Its base metal is zinc and the alloying elements are aluminum, magnesium and copper. ZAMAC has exceptional strength and durability and works very well with multiple plating and finishing options. In practice, this means VAU can craft beautifully-finished objects that are also hard-wearing and feel reassuringly solid despite their refined finish.
