The Earth 2.0 Jump Rope Set is an innovative fitness tool that utilizes interchangeable cables and weights to provide you with an effective workout that meets your training needs. This kit includes 3 different cables— the 4mm standard cable, 2.5mm speed cable, and the 8mm monster heavy cable— which are easy to swap out using Velites' unique fast switching system. The 11.5 ft cables are also fully adjustable to your height using the t-wrench included in the handles.
Earth 2.0's lightweight aluminum handles are finished with a textured weightlifting barbell grip so they remain secure and comfortable in your hand. They're also designed to help improve your double and triple-under technique with the included weights that easily twist onto the base of the handles. When you're done, you can easily store the entire system in the included carrying bag for convenient storage and portability from your home, to the gym, and beyond.
