The Cerne collection gives shape to glass objects using different types of tree trunks as moulds. The designer, Samuel Reis, produces each piece individually employing traditional glass blowing techniques. Reis
developed this particular mould from a Carob tree trunk, a very typical tree in Portugal, resulting in a beautiful, functional carafe with natural textures and curves.
