Viva La Vida is the result of an epic global search for the perfect sparkling wine. The dream came about poolside when three wine fanatics—Tony Bellatto, a WSET certified Sommelier, and Hunter Vogel and Andrew Lerner of The Authentic 3 Finger Wine Co.—saw the need for a world-class rosé sparkler that could bring the beach to you wherever you may be. After tasting hundreds of qualified sparklers, they finally found what they were looking for from a small family-run, single vineyard estate in the heart of Penedès, just outside Barcelona, Spain.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the Cava Brut Rosé is beautiful in color, and entices the senses with aromas of strawberry creme, baked rhubarb, and wildflowers. The selected grapes undergo a maceration of 8 hours in order to extract the maximum flavor and color from the skins. The second slow and careful fermentation takes place 10 meters underground to ensure a perfect aging on the racks.
