VKTRY Insoles may provide some comfort and shock absorption in hockey
However, the product is designed to store and release energy back to the
athlete during dorsiflection (when the front of your foot is bent).
Therefore, the hockey player will likely not get the benefits of added
energy return or propulsion because the foot is not bending in the skate.
VKs can be beneficial to a hockey player for off-ice training.
