Made from aerospace-grade carbon fiber, VKTRY Performance Insoles help athletes run faster and jump higher, while reducing the chance of injuries. VKs are currently being used by athletes at over 150 college and pro sports programs, including 17 NFL teams.

VKs were specially designed to increase ground force and energy return to the athlete. Third party testing has proven that VKTRY Insoles increase peak explosiveness by +9.3% on average, improve an athlete's 40-yard dash time by an average of 0.12 seconds, improve broad jump by +4", and help increase vertical by an average of +1.6".

Crafted from an aerospace-grade engineered carbon fiber base with a comfortable, memory foam top cover, each one is customized to an athlete's weight for added shock absorption, and to help reduce injuries, reduce joint loading, and aid in recovery.

FAQ
How long will they last before being replaced?

That really depends on how you use them and treat them. We have some
athletes who wear out their "VKs" in less than 9 months because of heavy
usage and poor maintenance (dirt getting in shoes can wear down carbon
fiber) and other athletes still using their VKs after 3 years.
Conservatively, we tell athletes that VKs will last them a full season
(9-12 months), but many of our insoles last multiple seasons.

Does it hurt to go up a level? Ex: If you are 185lbs, is it bad to go level 5 for 200 -250lbs?

We recommend that you follow VKTRY guidelines for body weight & Pro Level (flexibility).
In addition to improved comfort, the right Pro Level is important for the proper functioning of the insoles. An athlete needs to be able to comfortably and naturally bend the insoles to store & return the energy.

Are they washing machine safe? If not, can they be cleaned and how?

We recommend VKTRY Insoles be hand washed with hot soapy water and towel dried.
