Whitehall Lane is a small, family-owned winery in Napa Valley's historic Rutherford appellation. They own approximately 150 acres of prime Valley-floor vineyards including the Leonardini Vineyard in St. Helena and the Millennium MM Vineyard in Rutherford. They are committed to making the finest Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Reserve wine. Whitehall Lane was honored an unprecedented three times in five years for producing wines rated among the top five in the world.

Their Leonardini Vineyard Cabernet comes from their most prized vineyard and is the owner’s namesake. Out of the 10 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon planted on the property, the winemaker hand-selected the fruit from seven vine rows to be used for this single vineyard bottling. This vineyard is located on the western side of the valley floor in the St. Helena AVA, which is celebrated for its exceptional gravelly-loam soil.

At seven years old, this Leonardini Cabernet is beginning to hit its stride. The dark berry and black cherry flavors remain at its core and the toasty oak is fully integrated in the aromas and flavors. The grip of youthful tannins is dissolving into a silky smooth finish.

The Wine Spectator selected the Leonardini Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon as the finest representation for the St. Helena appellation. Awarded an additional 94 points by Wine Advocate, this wine is what a St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon should taste like.
