Black Ivory Coffee Brewer
The Black Ivory Coffee Brewer features a design that dates back to 1840s France. It's elegant, yet technologically simple. The secret is that the flame from the burner maintains water temperature at 392 degrees Fahrenheit. As served in the most luxurious five-star hotels, this single-cup coffee brewer is a guaranteed conversation piece and also makes a wonderful gift.

— Coffee & Fuel Not Included
— Makes 3-5 Cups At A Time
You want a safe fuel that will burn at a high temperature, a methanol/ethanol spirit with a percentage of at least 95% alcohol is suggested. Anything lower than this and it will take a very long time for the water to heat up. Using this fuel it should take about 4 to 5 minutes. This fuel can be found at most paint or hardware stores.
Please do not use fuel that would go into a Tikki torch for example as this will result in the development of a very dirty flame with soot in addition to a long heating period. How many ounces of coffee does this maker produce per brewing cycle?
The number of cups or ounces brewed really depends on a variety of factors such as:
1) grind size (how coarse or fine)
2) type of brewer (espresso, mocha pot, siphon, pour-over, etc)
3) how strong/concentrated you prefer your cup of Black Ivory Coffee (this will affect the water to ground bean ratio)
Using the Black Ivory Coffee siphon one can brew around 10.5 ounces. A mocha pot would brew around 8.5 ounces because the ratio of bean to water is less. In a French Press if you like your concentration somewhat strong I would estimate around 15.4 ounces. For a pour-over, I estimate a 1:16.5 ground coffee to water ratio hence 19.5 ounces.
