The 2010 Tranche Cabernet Sauvignon boasts powerful dark fruit aromas of blackberry, wild fig, and cassis, infused with floral and herbaceous notes of violet, tea leaf and sage. The wine is full-bodied and creamy in texture, showing highly polished tannins and a tremendous depth to its earthy, dark fruit flavors. It hails from Blue Mountain Estate Vineyard - one of the highest elevation vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley. It produces cool, dark and complex fruit profiles with signature rich, supple tannins.

The 2013 Jana Cathedral Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from three vineyards all close together off the Silverado Trail bordering the southern end of Stags Leap: 55% Johnson Vineyard, 32% Humphrey Vineyard and 13% Vanoli Vineyard. The small crop and berry size allows for full maturity of the grapes at lower sugar levels, allowing us to make true regional and varietal wine at 13.5% alcohol. The wine was aged for 17 months in French Oak creating a flavorful wine with well rounded tannins. It's Cabernet made in the “old world style”- the way it was made back in the '50s and '60s. This wine is well-structured and firm, with aromas and flavors of violets, light Eucalyptus, hints of mint and the smell of dust after a fresh rain.

The 2013 Centanni Rosso di Forca is 50% Sangiovese and 50% Montepulciano. Named for the Rosso di Forca Estate vineyard, the grapes used for this wine are yielded from 25-year-old vines. The Sangiovese ripens earlier and is picked mid September, while the heavy Montepulciano requires longer hang-time and is picked late October. Each wine is fermented and aged 6 months in steel tank separately before an additional 6 months in French oak. After blending, the wine is bottled and allowed to rest another 3 months. Vanilla and red berries dominate the nose and carry through the finish.

The 2014 Chateau de Bagnoles Les Combes is from the St. Chinian grape-growing region, which has been growing vines since the 8th century, when Benedictine monks tended the vines. The specialized terroir of St. Chinian includes soil rich in schist as well as clay and limestone, which predominates in the southern part of the appellation. The organic practices at this domain contribute to healthier vines and grapes. There is zero plowing allowed between vines, which helps to develop beneficial flora and fauna and protects the soil balance from unnecessary wear and tear. This particular bottle is a deep violet, offering cinnamon spice right off the nose. Light-medium bodied with an excellent balance of acids alcohol, it features a beautifully complex palate that begins with light red fruit, dry oak that emerges mid-palate, then cruising into a long finish of fresh, tannic cranberry.
