What is the difference between the Zenlet AL plus and the Zenlet 2 plus wallet?

Zenlet AL Plus and Zenlet 2 Plus are very similar to each other with the exception that Zenlet 2 Plus has the PC front cover, which allows one IC card loaded on Tap & Pay Tray be read by the card reader to "tap and go".

However, Zenlet AL Plus does not have the PC front cover that it is made of aluminium alloy completely. Because it is made of aluminium alloy (metal) in whole, Zenlet AL Plus is RFID-blocking that all cards stored inside the wallet cannot be read by the card reader and cannot "tap and go".

How many folded bills will it hold?

The horizontal compartment of Zenlet AL Plus will hold a stack of 5 ~ 6 folded bills.
In other words, you may need to fold a stack of 5 or 6 bills first and then load them to the horizontal compartment of Zenlet AL Plus.
