Rather than an ineffectual cutting motion, Bolo is a round blade in an ergonomic handle that rolls right through your food, giving you precision cutting power. Perfect for slicing, dicing, chopping and mincing, Bolo is about to become your new favorite kitchen companion. It even has a special brake to stop the rolling mechanism and transform it into a regular chopper, so you can easily cut the tops of carrots or herbs before you slice them, or cut big pieces with no extra effort or tools.

In addition to the three regular Bolo blades, this bundle also includes three pastry blades. With the pastry blade, you can prepare pie crusts and cookies, or crimp dough and prepare fondant with ease.
