Chatwin Crucial // Heirloom Chef Knives
Product Description
Give your kitchen the sleek, modern style it deserves, and start whipping up meals like a real pro with this set of Chatwin Crucial Heirloom Chef Knives. Each full tang blade is crafted from the finest Swedish steel and ground to an acute 15 degree angle. The CNC routed handle is made of durable, sustainably harvested rosewood, and finished with Chatwin's own internally embedded rivet system that's ergonomically designed to provide excellent grip for enhanced performance.
This impressive set is composed of three of the most useful kitchen knives. The P10 paring knife is perfect for smaller tasks, anc can cut fruit and vegetables with precision. The B13 boning knife features a stiff blade for easy carving and de-boning and a contoured bolster fin to prevent slippage, giving your hand the extra control you need when working the blade around bones. Finally, the G21 Gyuto style chef knife is designed with a perfected rocker from tip to center blade for effortless chopping, and a flat lower edge for clean cuts.
This handsome set also comes complete with an innovative wooden Sapele knife holder. Slim and sophisticated, it's embedded with rare earth magnets that hold the knives safely and securely, and can even be used as a knife travel case, opened as a free standing knife holder on a counter, or even mounted as a magnetic knife rack for your wall.
