At Garrison Brothers Distillery, bourbon is more than just whiskey. It’s a craft. A calling. A livelihood. Because one thing is certain—life is simply too short to waste on inferior whiskey. Their bourbon is handcrafted from corn-to-cork, one barrel at a time in Hye, Texas from a sweet blend of food-grade corn, soft red winter wheat from local farms, and two row barley. It's then placed in new American oak barrels to absorb all those delicious flavors.

HoneyDew is an award-winning small batch bourbon infused with Burleson’s Texas Wildflower Honey. Garrison Brother's Master Distiller transformed used bourbon barrels into small, wooden cubes that were immersed in honey. After fully absorbing it, they were placed in the belly of a stainless-steel tank to let the bourbon soak up those delicious honey flavors every single day for seven months. The result is a smooth, light bourbon with a sweet honey finish.
