Glendalough Irish Whiskey

The 18th and 19th centuries were the glory days of Irish distilling, when over 200 licensed (and countless unlicensed) distilleries produced diverse styles of poitín, whiskey, gin, and even absinthe. Unfortunately by the 1970s, the Irish Whiskey Industry had dried to a mere trickle. Glendalough Distillery is Ireland's newest craft distillery and a proud part of the modern revival of traditional Irish distilling. Founded by five friends from Wicklow and Dublin, their philosophy is "to make innovative spirits while staying true to the tradition and heritage of our ancestors."
