Glendalough is an idyllic little town in eastern Ireland. Gaelic for "valley of two lakes," it was said to have been founded by a man named Saint Cóemgen—also known as Saint Kevin. There you will find Ireland's newest craft distillery where spirits are handcrafted the traditional way.

This 7 Year Single Malt is triple distilled from 100% Irish malted barley. After spending 7 years in ex-bourbon casks, it's a lively, bright, sweet, and smooth whiskey. It then goes into Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks with a level 3 char for 8 to 12 months. Finally, the vibrant whiskey is bottled at 92 proof.

Tasting Notes
The vibrant nose is lush with bright, fruity, and floral aromas. You'll find malt, biscuits, honey, citrus, and orchard fruit notes on the palate. The finish is smooth and complex with chocolate, orange zest, cinnamon, and a touch of sandalwood.

Double Barrel is a dream. Distilled from malted barley and Irish corn it gets its beauty rest in American oak first-fill Bourbon barrels before being finished for six months in Oloroso Sherry casks. Expect deep, impactful notes of robust chocolate and caramel with just a touch of fruit and vanilla.
