To create resistance, the GoRowinGo Rower uses a refillable water tank. Unlike traditional rower machines, the noise is minimized by the vibrations-resistant base. This way you can enjoy the natural sounds of the water wheel while you work out. The Rower also comes equipped with anti-slip foot pedals, a built in phone stand, and a cushioned seat with 4 rollers per side for maximum comfort. To help you stay on track, the built-in digital monitor records your workout metrics, like time, distance, power, strokes, and calories burned. Please Note:
— There is no set height limit for the rower, but if you are taller than 6'2", you won't be able to fully extend your legs.
— Although the tank holds 19 L of water, it's recommended to introduce only 17 L of water to the tank. There are markings on the side of the tank to indicate the water level.
