Product Description

No matter your age or fitness level, rowing is an incredible workout. It utilizes up to 86% of the body's muscles, making it the perfect cardio workout or warm up before strength training. Because you're exercising your arms, legs, and core all at once, you even tend to burn more calories than you would just running or spinning. With variable resistance, low joint impact, and the ability to set your own pace, rowing is a great option for anyone looking to stay active.

Featuring a frame made from repurposed wood, the GoRowinGo Water Rowing Machine uses a minimal amount of man-made materials for a workout that's good for you and the environment. To create resistance, the GoRowinGo Rower uses a refillable water tank. Unlike traditional rower machines, the noise is minimized by the vibrations-resistant base. This way you can enjoy the natural sounds of the water wheel while you work out. The Rower also comes equipped with anti-slip foot pedals, a built in phone stand, and a cushioned seat with 4 rollers per side for maximum comfort. To help you stay on track, the built-in digital monitor records your workout metrics, like time, distance, power, strokes, and calories burned. When not in use, the GoRowinGo Rower is designed to be stored upright for maximum space saving.
