This set of crockery is part of the "Nesting Hunter" series. The plate and bowl hybrids are inspired by the fascinating form and lives led by the small hunting mammals of the world. Hailing from the jungles of South America is The Oncilla, a small hunting cat. It's predator is known as The Fossa which is a medium sized predator that inhabits Madagascar and preys on lemurs. In the real world an Oncilla is smaller than a Fossa, therefore the photos show the Oncilla nesting along with the Fossa. An interchangeable series, try nesting a Margay in a Fossa, or an Oncilla in a Caracal. Haand ensures it's designs are of the highest quality and always durable.

About the Designer
Mark Warren and Chris Pence met and became friends in high school. Growing up in Jacksonville FL both spent a good deal of their time navigating expanses of interstate staring out the windows of their mothers’ station wagons. Pink flamingos, strip malls and neon lights dominated their early impressions of the world. In 2011 Mark and Chris decided to use their skills to start a company. Their mission is to create well-designed, high quality home-wares in the USA. Haand is located in the rural piedmont of North Carolina. They see the entire process through from conception to completed product. They work to make objects that create a meaningful and lasting interaction between user and object.
