Handy & Schiller Barreled Cocktails are a tribute to Thomas Handy and John Schiller for their influence on the rich cocktail culture of New Orleans. Mr. Handy and Mr. Schiller worked together at the renowned Sazerac Coffee House in the French Quarter, where in the early days of cocktail-making, they set the standard for the future of the American cocktail. These cocktails are handcrafted, barrel-aged, and bottled at the world-famous Buffalo Trace Distillery—carrying on the finest mixing traditions with a modern but authentic twist.

The Handy & Schiller Old Fashioned is made using Buffalo Trace Bourbon and classic Peychaud’s Bitters. This Old Fashioned has a perfect balance of sweetness with oak influence. The finish has a hint of creamy citrus fruit with a nice bourbon character overall. Enjoy neat or over ice.

The Handy & Schiller Manhattan is carefully crafted using gold medal award-winning Sazerac Rye Whiskey, vermouth, and Peychaud’s Bitters aged together in meticulously selected barrels. This signature cocktail is conveniently ready to drink and of the highest quality, every time. Well-balanced with the perfect amount of rye and spice, it has a nice finish of fruit with subtle sweetness.
