Simply place the Infused Ice Cubes in your freezer, and when you're ready for a drink, peel back the foil, and pop out a cube. Drop the cube right into your spirit of choice or shake everything together to mix it up fast. All you have to do is sit back, sip, and enjoy your expertly crafted concoction.

This set includes 3 of Herb & Lou's favorite creations: The Clyde, inspired by the vodka based Gypsy Queen—which gained popularity in 1930’s at the storied Russian Tea Room in Manhattan— featuring a touch of peach, handcrafted artisanal bitters, and a slight citrus zest. The Cecile, an updated twist on the classic margarita, which mixes the sweet flavors of Watermelon with the green, grassy crispness of cucumbers, the flowery aroma of clover honey, and the warm essence of thyme. And to round it all out, the Cooper, Herb & Lou’s take on the original whiskey cocktail, the Old Fashion, with classic ingredients like brandied cherries and artisanal bitters mixed with the raspberry-like tartness of blood orange and the unique complexity of ginger.
