To determine key metrics for targeted form, Lumo Run is a real-time tracker for running, that is based on sports biomechanics research done at Loughborough University in the UK. Simply clip your Lumo Run sensor onto the back of your running shorts, aligned to your spine, and go for a run. It's that easy. Whether you have your phone with you, or sync up when you get home, you can still get feedback on your form and your stats.

Lumo Run provides a full analysis of your running form and recommends exercises personalized to you, by measuring data using things like audio feedback, pace, distance, and GPS. It measures your steps per minute, changes in your forward velocity, vertical oscillation, pelvic rotation, and pelvic drop, providing real-time suggestions to improve your form and maintain your distance through your headphones. It also suggests pre and post run exercises, based on your data.

The coaching model is safe and effective, coaching you to increase your intensity in increments of no more than 5% at a time, helping you stay motivated, and improve results over time, building good habits and positive muscle memory. Your running form is unique to you, and your training plan should be as well.
