The Power Poultry Roaster is a patented design that saves valuable time by allowing you to roast a full-size bird in half the time of a traditional roasting pan. Just season your bird with your favorite spices and herbs, add your liquid to the cooking reservoir, place your bird on the cooking funnel, and place it in your oven or grill. By cooking from the inside and outside simultaneously, this pan ensures you're never left with dried out meat and soggy skin—only tender, crispy, and delicious results.

The Power Poultry Roaster's unique inner reservoir steams the meat from the inside while infusing it with delicious flavors of your choosing. It can be filled with up to 2 cups of your favorite cooking liquid—such as beer, wine, broth, cider or plain water—as well as aromatics to punch up the flavor. Use the outer reservoir to catch drippings and juices for an easy pan sauce or gravy. The non-stick coating easily releases any burnt bits on the surface. It's even dishwasher safe for hassle-free cleaning.
